Shipping & FAQ

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped using FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Larson Motorsports reserves the right to use other carriers. Orders may ship in multiple boxes and/or from multiple carriers.

  • If you have specific shipping needs please contact us prior to ordering.

  • Items are carefully packed and sealed to prevent damage in transit. Loss or damage claims must be taken up with the carrier and we will assist.

  • If a shipment is lost, mis-routed, or damaged we will start an investigation with the shipping carrier. Replacement items cannot be sent until the shipping carrier completes their investigation.

  • Any shipment that is refused may result in a restocking fee and shipping costs cannot be refunded.

  • Any modification to an address after the order is placed may be subject to a fee responsible by the customer.. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you provide a PO box for your shipping address, you will be responsible for all additional charges required to deliver your package. 

Free Shipping and Non-Free Shipping Items:

On certain indicated items shipping is fixed or free. This is generally limited to the 48 continental US States. Some exceptions may apply.

Free shipping items and non-free shipping items cannot be placed on the same order or full shipping charges will be added. Place separate orders, one for the free shipping items, one for non-free shipping items.

Hawaii and Alaska customers please contact us about shipping.

International Orders:

YES, we do ship internationally. Shipping methods vary widely. Please select the "Contact Us" tab to arrange your international order.

For international orders, we will not modify customs declaration forms. The amount paid will reflect the amount on the customs declaration. There are no exceptions.

Returns:

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Returns must be authorized with an RMA Number. To receive your RMA and return instructions please email jake@larsonmotorsports.com.

Please follow return instructions provided with your RMA. Provide return tracking information if possible. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Please return your order in it's original packaging. Items must be in brand new and in resalable condition. Once items are received and inspected credit will be issued.

All returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Any returns received without an RMA will not be refunded. Please contact us with any questions at jake@larsonmotorsports.com.

Items that cannot be returned include the following:

  • Items not purchased from Larson Motorsports

  • Clearance Items

  • Used or Installed Items

  • Special Order Items

  • Incomplete Items

Please return your package using a traceable service such as UPS or Fedex. Please insure them for the proper amount. Larson Motorsports and components will not be held liable for lost or damaged returns, and no credit will be issued. Any claims between the carrier and the customer are to be handled without Larson Motorsports and components intervention.

Cancellations:

Cancellations may be allowed within 1 business days of the original order date. Once the order has been packaged and a tracking number has been created a cancellation will not be allowed. Special order items cannot be canceled at anytime once the order is processed. Special order items may require a non-refundable deposit, should the buyer choose to cancel the order at any point, this deposit will not be refunded.

Refunds:

Once an item is returned and inspected, or an order is cancelled, a refund will be issued by the means in which payment was received. Your refund may be issued minus fees and shipping charges. Please allow 5 business days after your return is received for inspection.

Refunds may take 3-5 business days to post on your account.

Warranties:

We offer no warranty above that of the manufacturer of goods sold. In an effort to minimize legalese we offer the following statement. Each parts manufacturer warrants it's goods to be fit and free from defects in materials and workmanship. This is quite limiting. Any warranty above and beyond that is strictly on a case by case basis and limited to replacement of equal value only.

General FAQ:

Coupon codes can only be redeemed at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed we will not price match any other competitors, all price matching must be negotiated before an order is placed.

Some product pictures are general representations and are stock photos. These photos do not resemble the actual product for your car or application.

Special order and close out items are not returnable due to the nature of their purchase. These items are final sale.
